I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and anyone that has one knows problems occur more often than none. Recently my car was struggling to turn on. Sometimes it sounded as if it turned on but the tachometer would not move and the car felt like I didn't have power. The problem was that there was no MIL light so I couldn't use a obd scanner to figure out what the issue was. When my engine was cold, the car would start fine and drive fine. The problem was when I turned it off to go somewhere and got back in then it would barely start. I did a lot of searching online to figure out what it could be. Some said it could have been the fuel pump, spark plugs or coils especially because the coils have always been an issue with this car.The crankshaft position sensor was easy to install. It's underneath the car next to the oil filter. With the Hyundai Elantra, You have to take off the plastic undercarriage that has many plastic screws which was the most annoying part of insulation. I'm writing this review because I'm hoping it helps someone else who has the same car and reading reviews really helps me. It has been 3 days since I put this part on and if anything changes I will update.

Is a perfect for for 2017 Elantra 2.0. we replaced the transmission, and the cks went bad during the process of replacing it. $16 part was the cherry on top to fix my vehicle. Free next day ship as well Thank you!!!

The crankshaft purchased did not work for my car, it’s the correct part but the item itself did not work. It actually did the opposite to the car and made it worse. It was a bad a part, so unfortunately the funds spent are just at loss.

Was an easy install, couple of garage ramps and replaced in a few minutes

Wasn't sure if this was the right part for my 2016 Hyundai Creta but it worked perfectly fine. It's been over a month and I have no issues.
