Awful!!! DO NOT BUY
There are way too stretchy. They don't have the 4.5 oz of force they claim and the first one I put on my braces snapped within 15 minutes of use. The brand I get from my orthodontist has literally never done that. I can't believe I wasted my money on this garbage

Not accurate.
I ordered the exact same specs as my orthodontic elastics (3/16" 4.5oz) and these are not the same. They are wider in width but not as strong. Much more stretchy and they snap. Nice because theyre clear but if you need a particular size I don't recommend these.
