You need to know!
Whether magnetic hooks can carry 0 kg, few pounds or even advertising, your steel plate is crucial.
1) Thicker steel.
Thin steel means saturation of the flux in the magnetic circuit. Excess magnetic flow is wasted in the air and cannot be used.
2) Thin painting covered.
Thick painting leads to a large leakage of flux, only a small part of the flux of magnetic hooks can be used to create attractive power. The thicker the painting, the worse the magnetic force!
3) Magnetic hooks can not attract ferromagnetic plates such as: aluminum, cu, wood, plastic.

How to achieve the attractive advertising power?
1) 0.08 inch or thicker A3 steel plate
2) The steel attracted by magnetic hooks should be placed horizontally, no tilting.
3) No paint or rust covered on the steel.
4) Straight upside down hanging magnetic hooks.

- Hang straight upside down or side?
It is recommended to hang magnetic hooks on the head, although the side suspension is used in the most common places.
The capacity of the side suspension of the magnetic hook is determined by the friction of the attracted object. It is much smaller than hanging magnetic hooks upside down. See picture #3 and picture #4.

Please note:
Please be reasonable if you stick the magnetic hooks on a thin steel, with thick and smooth painting on the side, such as refrigerator, filing cabinet, etc., as most flux is wasted in the air.
