I’ve been pleased with several Medihealer products tried, especially the N30i nasal pillows which I find superior to ResMed’s. Although I have recently switched to a heated tube, my main reason for a cover is not rainout but the noise made by the tube. This one is of high quality and less than half the price of several others that are custom sized for ResMed’s heated tube. Because it’s a thinner material it is a good choice for travel but may not be as quiet as the more quilted styles. Although it runs a little shorter than the 6.3’ needed for that particular tube, this is not an issue at all thus far. I leave the small area where the tube attaches to the machine uncovered. For a non-heated tube this is just a couple inches.

The moisture in the APAP hose would condense because the room got cold in the winter, causing a gurgling noise and interrupting the air flow. Adding the hose cover helped insulate it and solved the problem for us.

nice cover but after i say a year the zipper started to stick and broke off.

They work but the velcro is not fully covered when installed on the tube. It started scratching me in the middle of the night and sticking to the bedding. I just choose to stop using it until I find a way to keep it from being a bother while I sleep

This item was perfect for my Cpap hose. My cat has poked holes in our previous one and this has held up from her claws.

This is way too small to fit over the CPAP tubing on my Resmed Airsense 11. I'm extremely disappointed because I'm going into the hospital for spine surgery in 2 days and needed a new cover for my tubing so I don't get rain out while in in the hospital and rehab after. So now I'm screwed. Thanks alot for the inaccurate description of this item.
