Iv just been glutened by the pea protein!! It most defiantly isn't Gluten free. Seems a coincidence why they have also recently removed the gluten free logo from the packaging !!!

Q: Do you use milk or water with it

When I first got this I didn't know how to use it and thought it tasted terrible. Then, my nutritionist stepped in and helped teach me what to do. This is not a flavoured powder that you just mix with liquid and drink. You add this to other ingredients to add protein content to your diet.You can add to either savoury or sweet. So you could add a tablespoon or two to soups, stews, etc., you can make into a smoothie, for example.We use for smoothiesand this has become a breakfast favourite. My husband prefers fruits so we mix 2 HEAPED teaspoons with about 5 cubes or ice, fruit as desired, and about 300 ml Almond Coconut milk. You can use any liquid you desire but as we are dairy intolerant we use the almond milks normally.I'm a chocoholic so my nutritionist helped me get a more healthy chocolate mix: 2 HEAPED teaspoons pea protein, about 5 ice cubes, 2 teaspoons Truvia, 2 teaspoons organic cocoa, about 300 ml milk (or milk substitute). Blend. Delicious! It keeps me full until lunch time and also curbs my chocolate cravings.

Q: Is this still gluten free? It no longer states gluten free on the packaging

Q: Why is this soooo high in salt? The label lists pea as the only ingredient, but naturally peas contain less than 1% of what's listed.

Thanks for taking an interest in Pulsin, understand the question, please see answer below from our in house nutritionist, "The natural process for the production of our pea protein means that sodium is unfortunately concentrated along with the protein. Pea protein is soluble, unlike the starch and fibre fractions of the pea. When the soluble is separated from the insoluble, it concentrates both the protein and sodium, hence why it is high."
