Only Half of the order was delivered.

Have purchased this exact item previously. reordered.. when delivered, outer most packaging was damaged and half of the order was not delivered. Tried multiple times to contact someone at AMAZON to resolve. customer service system throws me into a loop and nothing gets resolved. Good product, I just want all of what I have paid for. Do not want to leave negative review for product, its a good product. Shipping material sucks.

So far so good. I counted like 6-8 more filter pleats than the Bobcat brand.
