Good quality with mild taste. I have been using it and it helps me a lot. Calmer nervous system is so important in this stress fuelled world. I sleep well and feel a lot less anxious. Definitely reduced menstrual pains and emotional swing.

Makes a big difference in my cats during Christmas. I just put the drops on their food and they gobble it down.
