Q: Will it hold up 4 lb sign outside under a covered patio - 100 degree temps sometimes?

absolutely not. I am VERY disappointed in this tape. Couldn't even hold up a 12oz painting.

Q: Can this tape be used on dry wall?

Not on my drywall. It held up a picture for a couple of hours and then fell down with a bang.

Q: Can this be used outside in snowy conditions to hang a lightweight sign?

Dear customer, We do not recommend using this tape outdoors, although its tack is sufficient to support the hanging of the lightweight sign, but other factors such as humidity and high temperature will affect the tack of the tape
