Does a great job once attached; sliced my finger when putting them on.

So these where easy to install on 2007 GMC Sierra.. just clean before installing and these go on the outside of window, on the door. I have a 2016 Chevy and mine went on inside of the window, under the lip. But my 2007 truck is black so blend in. 2016 is blue so I like how it’s inside and not out side so you see the whole lip of plastic. Just ideas and knowledge if you don’t like the lip showing. I would check the fit and description first.

Inpression: So out of the box they instantly gave me the "cheap chinese bs" vibes as they are very thin plastic and one was warped a tad bit but overall usable.Install: with one little instruction paper and a dream of slightly rolled down windows in less than ideal weather i set out to install my guards and was pleasantly suprised as to how quick and easy it was to do! In less than 10 minutes i had them installed and ready to go! The instruction sheet is quite simple dispite seeming to be a "universal" instruction guide and the brand is different than amazon shows but nonetheless they fit my 06 dodge dakota ST like a glove. Adhesive seems to be very strong as well but however i do want to preface i Just installed them so i have no long term experience using them yet and may update post at a later time. Overall for 40$ they took longer than i wanted to deliver and it is cheap child slave made plastic but fit well and seem to be set for the long run but that is yet to be determined.<TLDR>: 4/5 On impression alone. Subject to change wether product sucks or not.

You need to get alcohol wipes and the cloth to put it on.It’s ridiculous that they don’t provide it. Imma be upset if one falls off tho.If they do imma use sandpaper, more alcohol wipes and gorilla tape to re adhesive it.

I purchased these after looking at all the various products available and comparing. I have installed these on many other vehicles using different brands. These looked like any other, so I gave them a shot. I'm not sure if all of these guards are exactly the same for a Durango, but this set is NOT an exact fit as described. It does not account for where the metal(painted surface) of the door meets the plastic side mirror trim on this vehicle, which are not the same level . This means the gaurd does not have a place to stick fully as it spans a gap. I am hoping it will stay attached over time, but there is actually a gap that air can go through, which could possibly rip it off in high wind.PROS:Material is sturdy. Doesn't feel any different than other brands and vehicles I've used these on.Has actual 3m tape, not cheap stuff.Easy to install. As with any of these, cleaning ALL surfaces your attaching these with rubbing alcohol is essential for 3m tape to fully adhere. Do not skip this step!CONS:Not made to fit around Durango mirror trim leaving weak point. (see photo)Potential for wind to tear off at the front.I gave it three stars for adhesion, due to the fact that it can't fully be attached at the front by the mirror on my vehicle. Everywhere else it's fine.I would NOT recommend these for the Durango for sure anyways!
