I’ve tried a lot of products for groin discomfort, but Happy Sack Nut Love Cooling Ball Cream by Derm Dude is a game changer! The refreshing cooling sensation is immediate, and the scent is subtle yet refreshing—not overpowering at all. After using it for a few days, I noticed a huge difference in comfort—no more chafing or irritation! It keeps everything dry and comfortable, and I love that it’s made with natural ingredients like aloe vera and green tea. Plus, a little goes a long way, so the product lasts longer than expected. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and soothing solution to everyday discomfort!

I preferred the Happy Sack. I liked coconut scent and it felt refreshing especially when working out or sleeping under covers in the winter, when more perspiration accumulates in that area. Happy Crack was hard to apply because at certain angles, the spray pump didn't work, so I had to spray it onto a tissue to apply it. Also, I didn't notice the difference with that product the way I did with Happy Sack. I did purchase both of these again, but that's why this rating is only 4 out of 5 stars. Update - I found a great product - Dude Wipes - that are large, disposable butt wipes that don't tear or rip and are great for applying other products, like Happy Crack or hemorrhoid cream. Changed my rating to 5 stars now because I can use the Dude Wipes to apply the Happy Crack effectively.

The smell is not as great as I thought it would be. Personally don’t love it as it’s nothing special. That said, it works as it should and helps with rubbing down there! Good value for the money and helps with sweating! Good quality deodorant for the special areas!

Clearly derm dude works 2 hours a day in an air conditioned office. For those of us that actually work for a living, don’t buy this product. It smells great for an hour. It never dries and causes really bad jock itch. You might as well have rubbed lotion from bath and body works on your coin purse. At least the smell would last longer!
