We use it to keep the dogs out of the pantry. So much better than stepping over cardboard.

I am 100% pleased with this gate. It is sturdy, everything has been thought thru on this! Especially for the price! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this gate! It is I think hands down the absolute best all time online purchase of anything I have ever bought! Thank you

This gate isn’t great in the widest setting. It can be easily knocked over in that mode. But it’s great in a standard doorway or stairwell! And my massive mainecoon can even squeeze through the opening! It doesn’t hurt that it’s an attractive gate too.

It was packaged well. Easy instructions. Easy to install. Great quality.

I was really excited about this gate because it had the added cat door. It arrived today and I sat down to put it together only to realize that not only will the door not shut or latch due to the massive gap ??? but the wall mounts DO NOT screw into the gate, they just sit in the hole, which is INCREDIBLY NOT secure or safe. There was also also picture instructions which were not very helpful.

First of all, I wanted to throw the whole gate away because it was entirely too hard to assemble. Not to mention it did not come with directions. If it was supposed to, they were not included. The extender pieces to make the gate fit larger doorways do not snap/screw in they just sit there. Every time I would attempt to adjust one side the other side would fall apart. It was nearly impossible to install by myself. I had to get two different belts to strap the entire gate together to install it then remove the belts. I really almost gave up and returned it, but I decided not to let it win. Overall, the gate is decent but definitely does not feel very sturdy. It feels as if a child or a pet shook/rammed it hard enough it would disconnect. But for now it’s currently serving its purpose of blocking the staircase.

I despise when home products have stickers on them that are impossible to peel off...like everything else is designed and built so well, and they know the customer will want to peel them off, so..WHYYYYYY?

Once put up, the gate buckles with very little weight against it. Definitely doesn't work to keep out a dog that weighs more than 5 pounds. Not the quality or value I would expect for the price, and very disappointed.
