I purchased this to take my Mounjaro injection pen and accessories on flights and train travel.It has plenty of space for everything and keeps the pen cool all day. Easy to open and shut and it looks good.

I bought this to transport my injections vir air. it is very good and keeps the product in good condition providing the security staff don’t mess about with it.

Does the job but not sure how long this would stay cool for. After only four hours with the chill packs inserted the outside of the case was damp

After some time searching, reading reviews and comparing the insulated cooling bags available to buy from Amazon I bought this one and I consider it a great choice. The case is strong and manufactured with quality.I didn't use it yet, but tested it already and is perfect. I don't need it to keep insulin, but for my etanercept pens, due to rheumatoid arthritis, when I travel abroad.The case allows me to fit in 3 pens and a thermometer or just 4 pens. I only need an injection pen once a week, so 3 pens are enough for when I go on holiday. The pens are kept in the right temperature for several hours.The only issue is the condensation on the outside due to the ice packs, but I managed to find a solution to minimize the situation.I strongly recommend this SHBC case.

Does what it days. Good quality, sturdy with good zip. Ideal for travelling.

Doesn't keep the temperature on a 15hs trip.

Smart little case. Nice size for hand-luggage on plane

It's a hard back case like a luggage, a bit bulky compared to a previous one I bought. However, it does the job. Could fit about 4 insulin prefilled syringes in one, with ice pack in. Ice pack got bulky once frozen.
