Q: The technical details says come with tool box, but a tool box is not in the pictures?

I did not get a tool box. Saw, 2 batteries and charger, gloves, safety glasses, bottle for oil (empty) and extra chain in a cardboard box.

Q: can you buy extra chains

I seen where you can. I don't use it much to get extra.

Q: Where and how do I oil the chain?

Just oil along the chain. It comes with a small squrit bottle, but it dosen't hold very much. I use motorcycle chain lube cause that's what I had on hand. Just use before each cut. The more the better.
