I received this product without the essential instruction manual. Upon contacting the manufacturer directly for assistance, I was informed that they do not offer any service or support for items purchased through online retailers. Their only advice was to return the product. This lack of manufacturer support for an online sale, coupled with the missing manual, is very unsatisfactory.
