If you’re new to GABA, or just hesitant, I recommend taking half a dose first. These are 500mg capsules, easy to take apart and dump half of the contents out. 250 is enough for me to stay asleep - just make sure you have enough time to devote to sleep when you take them, as I found it difficult to wake the next day. I slept very soundly.

This stuff made me sleepy pretty quickly but after a few hours I woke up thinking I was having a heart attack. My chest was pounding and feeling really woozie. I took my blood pressure but instead of being high it was low (100/70). Scary stuff. I only took half a pill because of a review I saw and thanks for that but even half a pill was too much. I threw the rest of the pills in the trash.

Más personas deberían conocer esto, tanta basura vendida por todos lados para dormir y no veo esto en ningún supermercado, estamos muy mal como sociedad pero este tipo de suplementos ofrecen una luz muy bonita al final, mejora la calidad del sueño sin lugar a duda, también el tiempo total pero si por razones espaciales no puedes dormir tus 8 horas, con esto aprovecharás las 6 qué puedas dormir mucho más que si no lo tomas ya que te hará estar más tiempo en sueño profundo y sueño REM, tómalo y no te arrepentiras.

My sleep is interrupted if I do not take this. I tend to sleep all night without getting up if I take this. It relaxes me. Good price on this as well.
