I ordered this product at the request of my wife, so when Amazon suggested I review it, I asked for her opinion. What she said was "Oh, it is excellent! Top quality." Then I asked just what she uses it for. She said she uses it in place of chocolate, because chocolate is not really very good for you. So my wife is highly discriminating, and if she says something is excellent, there is a high probability that it is indeed excellent. That's all I can say.

Great product, rich chocolate flavor and mixes well with other ingredients. My family loves chocolate-chocolate chip cookies. The first time I used this product; everyone asked me if I changed recipes. My answer was no I just changed the unsweetened chocolate I use. It was that noticeable they all loved the rich chocolate flavor that was lacking in the last product I used.

2 c milk2 Tbsp cacao powder (all natural)1 Tbsp honey (more if you need it)1/2 tsp vanillapinch of sea saltI put a pinch of cinnamon in mine as well - bring to desired temp on stovetop; stirring constantly.

The quality is fine, but really is a bear to breakdown and incorporate.

I use this only to make my iced mint cocoa drinks, I use hot water to mix it but it still leaves little clumps, maybe i try using a whisk to see if that’s a solutionI usually use one spoon when making the drink but if I want a stronger cacao taste two spoons does the trick!

Warning! Do not open this bag using the provided tear away seam. I would put the package over a bowl and use scissors to cut along the seam. Otherwise you risk the entire bag exploding cocoa power all over your kitchen. Not fun to clean up. Apparently there is no air pocket division between the reseal zip lock seam and the tear away seam. Meaning that the tear away seam is full of cocoa power no matter how much you try to tap it down. The vacuum seal holds the cocoa power at the top of the bag. Otherwise the product seems really good. If you can avoid needing to clean cocoa from all the nooks and cranies of your kitchen. I think the experience would be better.
