Q: Hard capsule or powder inside?

These are capsules. They have powder inside. I am half way through my first bottle and I really like this stuff. I was dealing with very high stress and waking up in the middle of the night and unable to go back to sleep. These have resolved that issue for me. I take one capsule a couple of hours before I go to sleep and I am no longer am having that problem. I hope this info helps.
